Living in London, there's not much opportunity for a proper fishing trip, so you ought to jump at this. Your grand day out starts at the Chop House for coffee and pastries, before setting sail (well, being driven) to Epping's Thornwood Trout Lakes. There you'll be taught how to fly-fish, before chilling out and putting your newly acquired skills to the test. Once you've caught that tricky trout, it'll be cooked right in front of you for lunch.
