How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to dining.pplon@panpacific.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: August: Monday to Saturday (1 pm – 9.30 pm), Sunday (5.30 pm – 9.30pm). September/October: Friday, Saturday, Monday (1 pm - 9.30 pm), Sunday (5.30 pm – 9.30pm).
• Voucher valid until November 1, 2025.

• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.

• Guests are kindly requested to use discretion when taking photographs. While the interiors of Straits Kitchen & Bar may provide visually appealing settings, the comfort and privacy of all guests remains a top priority. Excessive photography, particularly the use of flash, is not permitted within the restaurant or public areas. Photography is strictly prohibited in the bathrooms at all times.

• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
