The Foodies Festival was born in 2006 in Edinburgh with the intention of creating a fun, family festival celebrating local food, while giving Michelin star chefs the opportunity to cook their favourite recipes to a foodie audience. Now it's back this Christmas at The Old Truman Brewery for you to feast on a selection of your favourite festive treats. On the cards already is MasterChef winner Jane Devonshire cooking up her favourite Christmas recipes, Burlesque baker Charlotte White creating showstopper Christmas cakes, Champagne and craft beer masterclasses, an artisan food market, a live music stage, international street food, the Elves' cookery school and mince pie eating challenges. What better way to celebrate Christmas than with the best nosh around? Children under 16 can enter for free, but must be accompanied by an adult.
