Starter

Fish Sizzling peppered shrimps, grilled hard dough bread 

Grilled Halloumi & beetroot, chunky lambs lettuce salad with a guava lime dressing  (vegan cheese alternative available, GF)

Meat Slow roasted Pork belly with a sweet ginger glaze, flat fried dumpling, caramel sauce

Mains

Sorrel & molasses lacquered duck breast, on a bed of spinach mash, served with coconut tamarind sauce, tomato and & chilli chutney (GF)

Chaguanas dinner plate - Chana dhal, chickpea & black-eyed bean fritters, plantain, roti and rice and peas with spiced mango chutney (VE)

Pan seared seabass, grilled king prawn, pickled vegetables and steamed rice, coconut rundown sauce (GF)

Ital vegetable curry (VE, GF)

Pineapple and roasted mango Crème Brulee, almond biscotti
