What is it?

Who said low impact exercise has to equal boring? In this Frame Barre class, you’ll be doing small, controlled movements that definitely aren’t small in results. You’ll feel the burn the next day (the good type of burn, trust us on this one). Barre works both your physical and mental stamina, and you’ll need focus, concentration and determination to succeed in this class. Expect happy hormones to flood your brain by the end, you’ll feel on top of the world. Plus, you’ll be able to pop on a Samsung Active Watch for the class, so you can easily track every plié and relevé.

Need to know:

• Your ticket is valid for one entry to Frame Barre at Samsung KX on Tuesday August 23.
• Please present your e-ticket on arrival. Ticket is only valid for selected time and date.
• The event starts promptly at 6.30pm. Class runs for 45 mins. Please arrive 10 minutes before start time to set up.
• Each ticket purchased includes entrance to the event.
• Please ensure to wear work out clothes and appropriate footwear, like trainers.

• No equipment required for the class.
• Once sold out additional tickets will not be available for purchase on the door. All tickets must be purchased online.
