Kinetika Bloco brings together over 100 young musicians and dancers, following two weeks of drumming, dance, steel pan and brass workshops, for a massed performance of Play On. Taking funk music as its basis, Play On explores whether music can be a catalyst for social change, a cure for life's frustrations and medicine for the soul. The performance has been created with a team of Kinetika Bloco artists at Southbank Centre. This event is free and entry is on a first come first served basis, so it can't be guaranteed. This will take place in the foyer Spaces – The Clore Ballroom at Royal Festival Hall.
