Highlights
Time Out says
You might have heard about these intimate gigs. They’ve been wowing audiences throughout lockdown and beyond, with some serious musical talent heading for a dreamy Streatham garden for unique gigs that are perfect summer viewing. The next series is a selection of incredible classical concerts, headlined by the acclaimed Brodsky Quartet. Since forming in 1972, these guys have performed all over the world racking up more than 3,000 concerts in the process. Here they’ll be performing Bach, Britten and Beethoven in what looks like it could be one of the gigs of the summer. Also up are Alexandra Whittingham on the guitar (joined by Chris Gist on the cello), Romantic Cello by Moonlight (with Chris Gist again and Daniel Grimwood on the piano), and one of the world’s finest clarinetists, Michael Collins performing with the London Concertante. Glorious.
