How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to victoria@h2clubs.co.uk with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Upon confirmation of a class booking, an account will be created for you. In the event of cancellation, customers must notify the gym at least six hours before the class or incur a loss of 1 credit. 

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Friday (6 am - 9 pm) and Saturday (9 am - 1 pm).
• Voucher valid until December 15, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for one, three OR five class credits at H2 Clubs Victoria.
• Only valid for your selected option.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
• Classes are dependent upon availability.
• All purchased credits must be used by December 15, 2025. Credits cannot be extended.
