How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to bookings@crazyboules.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Tuesday to Wednesday (4 pm – 11 pm), Thursday to Friday (2 pm – 11 pm), Saturday (12 pm – 11 pm), Sunday (12 pm – 8 pm).
• Voucher valid until May 30, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for a game ticket to Crazy Boules at Mercato Metropolitano, Elephant & Castle.
• Only valid for your selected option.
• The merchant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
