How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to booking@bam-karaokebox.com with your preferred date and time. The voucher, security code and QR code must be clear.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Wednesdays (7 pm - 9 pm).
• Voucher valid until May 28, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for a two hour pop quiz night at BAM Karaoke.
• Only valid for your selected option. One voucher per person.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over. 
• House drinks include BAM's house wine, beer, prosecco, no-secco and soft drinks.
• The merchant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
