How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to hello@vintnerslanes.co.uk or call 020 8150 1451 with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday - Thursday (10 am - midnight), Friday (10 am - 4 pm), Sunday (4 pm - midnight).
• Voucher valid until March 31, 2026.
