How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to reservations@masalchi.co.uk or call 020 3667 9990 (10:30 am – 6:30 pm), 020 8634 8181 (Out of office hours) with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Sunday to Thursday (1 pm - 8:30 pm).
• Voucher valid until September 30, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for meat or veggie platters at Atul Kochhar’s Masalchi.
• Minimum booking of two people. One voucher per person.
• This voucher cannot be redeemed on event days.
• Dishes are subject to availability and seasonality. The menu is subject to change. 
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
• A 15% discretionary service charge may be added to the bill.
• Dress code is smart casual.
• Time Out is not responsible for ensuring any dietary requirements are catered for. Please contact Kanishka to ensure your dietary requirements can be accommodated before purchasing a voucher.
