Pan tossed dumplings (vegetable or chicken): pan-fried dumplings, tossed in spicy Indo-Chinese sauce (gluten, soy, sesame)
Angara paneer tikka (v): spicy smoked paneer tikka, mint & basil (milk)
Chicken lollipop: crispy chicken wings pulled into lollipop shape, served with spicy desi schezwan chutney (gluten, egg, soy)
Murg malai tikka: soft & creamy tandoori smoked chicken tikka, tandoori carrot salad (milk, mustard)

Wagyu beef seekh kebab pasanda: tandoori wagyu beef kebab, simmered in nut & onion creamy korma (milk, nuts)
Dhabewala rajma masala (vg): red kidney beans cooked overnight in garlic & chillies, tempered with tomatoes, fried onion & fenugreek (none – check for mustard or onion allergy)
Prawns machar jhol: tiger prawns in a Kolkata-style spicy curry of pickled mustard & tomatoes (crustaceans, mustard)
