How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to restaurantreservations@thedixon.co.uk with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Friday (12 noon - 10 pm). Saturday & Sunday (3 pm - 10 pm).
• Voucher valid until July 31, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for a three-course set menu meal at Shakedown Bar and Restaurant at The Dixon Hotel.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over. 
• Menu subject to change.
• Minimum booking of two people.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
