When can I use it?

• Availability: Bookings are available seven days a week from 11 am to 7 pm.
• Voucher valid until November 30, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for an all-inclusive pass to Gripped London. 
• Valid only for the selected ticket option at the time of purchase.
• Please note: a £2 booking fee applies and is not included in the voucher price.
• The latest permitted entry to the park is 2:00 pm.
• This offer is non-refundable and subject to a strict no-refund policy.
• A minimum height requirement of 1.4 metres applies to the majority of Gripped activities.
• Supervision requirements: Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult for the Zip Trek and High Ropes. A supervising adult (no ticket required) must be present for the Speed Slides, Bag Jump and Power Fan.
• One adult may accompany a maximum of four children under the age of 15.
• For visitors arriving by car: parking is charged at £1 per hour, with the first 30 minutes free for drop-off.
