How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to info@junsei.co.uk with your preferred date and time. The voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher on arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday (5 pm – 9 pm), Wednesday (5 pm – 9 pm), Thursday (5 pm – 10 pm), Friday to Saturday (12 pm – 3 pm, 9:30 pm onwards), Sunday (12 pm – 9 pm).
• Voucher valid until June 30, 2026.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for two skewers, donburi, dessert and a bellini at Junsei.
• Maximum booking of four people.
• Menu subject to change.
• Tables have a 1 hour, 10 minute return time.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
• Time Out is not responsible for ensuring any dietary requirements are catered for. Please contact Junsei to ensure your dietary requirements can be accommodated before purchasing a voucher.
