For one night only, gin enthusiasts will be able to enjoy an evening of fun and frivolity, while sipping on their favourite spirit. Expect some swinging live music from Pocket Cat and, yep – you guessed it – lots of gin. £7 will buy you one of Rivington’s delicious burgers (the signature meaty one and the veggie with mushrooms, cheese and tomatoes are both on offer) and there'll be a number of prestigious gin brands, who'll will each create their own unique take on the classic G&T as well as two inventive and tempting gin-based cocktails.
