• The event starts promptly at 7pm and lasts approx. 45 mins. Please try to arrive 10 minutes in advance to get set up.

• Please bring your own yoga mat if possible in line with coronavirus guidelines; spare mats will be available if required.
• It is also advised to bring a blanket to feel comfortable lying on a yoga mat for the session.
