Wanna learn how to hula with the best of them? Join Ana, heralded as "London’s cult hooping artiste", she’s a seasoned pro at bringing out the super hooper in all of us. In this workshop Ana will teach some jazzy tricks all levels can master and leave you handling a hoop like a whirling devil. Note to the boys: in New York, men outnumber women n hula hooping classes. Just sayin’. Over 18s only. Valid ID required. Antidote London is not responsible for any injuries that may be incurred. Organisers reserve the right at to refuse entrance.
