After finding success as an east London eatery, Yuu Kitchen has taken it’s Japanese and Southeast Asian flavours to Ice Bar. Renowned chef Jon de Villa has put together a mouthwatering 10-course sharing menu (think baby back ribs, sweet and sticky eggplant and spicy tuna tostada) that you can tuck into for just £30. What’s on the menu?
Edamame (ve) – soybeans in a pod, chilli or salted
Crispy pig’s ears – three-hour slow-cooked with a honey soy glaze, sesame seeds, pickled radish and chives
Vietnamese ssam (ve) – corn, mushroom and noodle spring rolls wrapped in lettuce with sweet chilli sauce
Sweet and sticky eggplant (ve) – wok-fried with a white miso glaze, crunchy shallots and sesame
Spicy tuna tostada – crispy tortilla with raw yellowfin tuna, pickled radish, spring onion and spicy mayo
Baby back ribs – pork ribs with Asian BBQ sauce and chilli
Grilled cauliflower (veo) – with sweetcorn, jalapeno dressing, shallots, garlic chips and chives
Chicken inasal – ancho-grilled chicken thigh with green papaya and atchara sweet pickle
Banana Turon with rich coconut bread cake (v)
