When Václav Havel was elected Czech president in 1998, press secretary Michael Žantovský was by his side. The pair first met as dissidents while the country was under Communist rule and became close friends. Žantovský will be talking with The Economist's senior editor Edward Lucas about his new book, Havel: A Life.
