Everyday around the world human rights abuses go unseen, unreported and consequently unpunished. Founded in 2008, Videre est Credere, from the Latin meaning “to see is to believe,” works to equip oppressed communities with customised technology to uncover information from places where the media can’t or won’t go. We will be joined by Videre’s co-founder and CEO Oren Yakobovich, who will be talking about the work that the organisation does to ensure that the most vulnerable voices in society don’t go unheard.
