Introduction To Cupping: Roasting

It's easy to sit down and drink your coffee without considering the work that has gone into making it. In fact, it's easy to drink a cup of coffee without thinking at all, as coffee is usually drunk when you're half asleep. This workshop by Ozone Coffee Roasters aims to provide an introduction on how a coffee bean develops throughout a roast and how roast profiles affect the flavour characteristics of the coffee. Mmm. We're getting strong earthy flavours with undertones of hazelnut.
