Jazz Pocket is renowned for bringing live jazz events to quirky and chic venues. What may commonly be a cocktail lounge, a piano bar or even a roof top terrace is then converted into a pop-up jazz club for the evening. Our events feature established live musicians, with DJ Jazzie Geoffrie hosting the evening, getting you warmed up and filling all the gaps with his irresistible mix of be-bop, swing and hard bop jazz. Live paintings by Jonathan Ellis provide a unique aspect to each event. His artwork is available to purchase at the end of the night, so why not pick up something special on your way home…? On the Night: Jazz, soul and blues music at its finest led by vocalist Jo Harrop who draws influence from singers such as Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Tony Bennett, Aretha Franklin and Alicia Keys.
