London Gay Symphony Orchestra Autumn Concert
Brahms, Elgar and Mendelssohn to raise the spirits
LGSO are back and raring to perform the classics in the superlative fashion that is their stock-in-trade. The orchestral group will be kickstarting the new season with a rousing rendition of Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture followed by Elgar’s Cello Concerto, to mark the centenary of the Great War. Finally, Brahms’ Symphony No. 2 will bring the event to a suitably stirring conclusion.
