The London Hungarian Symphony Orchestra play masterpieces this evening in a rousing celebration of all things revolutionary. This is music inspired by rebellion in Europe during the 1800s. Opera excerpts from Ferenc Erkel and Beethoven’s Symphony No 3 set the tone, by an orchestra who cross cultural boundaries. Programme: - Ferenc Erkel: Opera-excerpts from Bánk Bán, Hunyadi László, and Dózsa György - Ludwig van Beethoven: Symphony No 3 "Eroica" - Ceremonial speech by the Representative of the Hungarian Embassy General admission.
