Pop-up seafood lovers London Shell Co. are at it again. Inspired by the oyster bars and crab shacks of New England, Harry and Leah have focused on the culinary and maritime customs of the North Atlantic and its historic trade routes. As you cruise up and down Regent's Canal on their beautiful barge My Fair Lady, they'll be serving up signature dishes include a lunchtime New England Clam Chowder (severed in hearty bread bowls) and an elegant seafood platter for the dinner sittings. Throughout the journey Harry and Leah, as well as the menu’s food and wine suppliers (Wright Brothers and Hattingley Valley), share their relaxed and informed knowledge of the produce.
