One of the most exciting shows of the festival, the Best New Act Competition brings 12 unsigned acts together for an annual showcase of the best comedy Britain has to offer. This time around they present you with Omar And Lee, Jerks, Jon And Nath and Princes Of Main Lineup: - Omar And Lee Witness the inner workings of the idiot as Omar And Lee invite you on an anarchic voyage through their minds, pushing their sanity and friendship to the limits. Watch as they reveal their unique take on our day-to-day existence in a flurry of chaotic characters, manic sketches and preposterous clowning. - Jerks Jerks is a new double act made up of Lee Griffiths (Impractical Jokers UK) and Zara Radford. This is their debut show set in Jerktown – a town where every single occupant is a Jerk. They think it's about time their audience released their inner Jerk… - Jon And Nath British/Australian comedy duo Jon And Nath met at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, where they started making comedy videos together, culminating in a series for Channel 31. Since moving to the UK they’ve continued their epic streak of filming online sketches alongside performing live sketch, character and standup comedy.
