London Sketchfest 2016: Goose + Casual Violence

London Sketchfest returns for its fourth annual festival

Sketchfest presents a nerve-testing double bill for the die-hard comedy fan, featuring two of the nation’s weirdest and most wonderful sketch acts. Goose and Casual Violence return to Sketchfest to blitz you with a mix of fast-paced, sweaty one-man comedy and dark, silly sketch troupe hilarity. This is a firm fan favourite and a great show for anyone looking to heighten their comedy palette. - Goose: Nominated for Best New Act at Sketchfest 2014, Goose is formed of performer Adam Drake and writer Ben Rowse who together create a tour de force of comedy with a pace and stamina like you’ve never seen. This year they're teaming up with music wünderkind Hatty Carman, tech wiz kids Toby Miller and Charlie Hain for a majestic blitz of sweaty one-man comedy that's truly weird, amazing to the eye and delightfully funny. "Brilliant stuff…A niftily constructed, frenetical hour." – The Guardian - Casual Violence: Returning to Sketchfest's stage for the third time, the multi award-winning sketch group is made up of performers Alex Whyman, Luke Booys, Greg Cranness and David Arrondelle, joined by musician Ben Champion, and led by writer and performer James Hamilton. "This generation's answer to Monty Python." – Broadway Baby Over 16s only. Doors open: 4pm. Comedy starts: 4:30pm. Please arrive on time as latecomers may not be admitted.
