Our Macaroon Class will teach you all the steps and techniques to baking the perfect macaroons, with fellow enthusiasts. From whipping your egg whites to the dreaded "macaroonnage" to creating fillings in classic flavours and putting together your macaroons, our expert chef will guide you all the way. Classes are exciting, fast paced and fun. By the end of the class, you'll leave with your goodies and be equipped with the skills and knowledge to bake your very own macaroons at home. - All attendees must be 16 or over. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. - Aprons and cooking equipment are provided. Please bring your own containers to take your food home with you. - Tickets are non refundable but they are transferable.
