How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to info@florattica.com with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Sunday (4 pm to close).
• Voucher valid until April 30, 2025.
• Offer excludes Sundays in February, February 14, 15 and March 30, 2025.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for three dishes (one nibble, one small plate and one dessert) and a cocktail at Florattica Rooftop London
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
• Menu subject to change.
• A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the bill.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
