How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to bookings@gallio.uk with your preferred date and time. Your voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. 
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Sunday (11 am - close).
• Offer not valid November 24 to December 19, 2025 and Valentine's Day.
• Voucher valid until August 31, 2026.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for three courses and a cocktail at Gallio.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
• Menu subject to change.
• Maximum booking of 8 people. One voucher per person.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Subject to availability. Must be booked in advance, cannot be used via walking in.
• Cannot be used at Fitzrovia location.
• The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
• Time Out is not responsible for ensuring any dietary requirements are catered for. Please contact Gallio to ensure your dietary requirements can be accommodated before purchasing a voucher.
