Miss Saigon

The heat is on in Saigon

Miss Saigon is a powerful tale of love and loss. Based on Puccini's Madame Butterfly, this story is set during the Vietnam War where an American GI falls for a Vietnamese bargirl. Cameron Mackintosh's acclaimed new production is making waves on the West End with lashings of drama and maybe a tear or two as well. The Prince Edward Theatre opened in 1930 with Rio Rita – a musical comedy by Harry Tierney. Entertaining the West End for the past 85 years, the theatre strives for nothing more than bringing you the best productions around. The 2015 nine-time WhatsOnStage Award-winner, Miss Saigon, is just the proof that The Prince Edward Theatre is simply delivering on its promise. "Mind-blowingly brilliant." – Magic FM "Thrilling, soaring and spectacular." – The Times Suitable for ages 12 and over. Runtime: 2 hours 40 minutes with a 15-minute intermission.
