New Year's Eve is a joke: the queues. The 30 quid club entry. The 30 seconds of corner shop fireworks fizzling out in the rain. It's frankly laughable that we still bother with the whole, "new calendar party" thing. Which is where Wimbledon Comedy Club come in. Taking the ridiculous nature of New Year's Eve a little more literally than most, they're putting on a side-splitting line-up of the comedy world's best and brightest on the worst night of them all. With Chris McCausland, Adam Bloom, Otiz Cannelloni and the highly entertaining Bryan Lacey as MC, there's no excuse not to laugh this New Year's Eve. Over 18s only. Valid ID may be required.
