What is it?

Looking for a slightly healthier winter warmer? How about some festive & throwback HIIT? Yup, get your snow shoes on (don’t really, trainers work best), this is an uptempo high intensity interval session set to the finest in 00s & Christmas classics. There’s a quick warm up followed by a spicy 35 minute session and then 15 minutes of stretches to warm down (which includes a singalong, if you like). Sweat into Christmas, indeed.

Need to know:

• Your ticket is valid for one entry to a Naughty or Nice Xmas HIIT with Retroglow Studios at Samsung KX on Wednesday December 15.
• Please select the correct date at check out. Ticket is only valid for selected time and date.
• Please present your e-ticket on arrival.
• The event starts promptly at 1pm. Please arrive 5 minutes before start time to set up.
• Each ticket purchased includes entrance to the event.

• Mats are required for the class. In line with coronavirus guidelines please bring your own mat if possible. A limited number of spares will be available.
• This is a high impact class and shoes are required - low impact mods given for injuries or post natal (not suitable for prenatal).
• No equipment required.
• Once sold out additional tickets will not be available for purchase on the door. All tickets must be purchased online.
• Samsung KX caters for wheelchair access. For questions please contact a member of staff.
