Hosted by the Baker Street Quarter Partnership, our four week bootcamp programme in the glorious Manchester Square Garden.
Behind the neatly trimmed hedges and blooming flowers you’ll find an intensive 45 minute fitness class that’ll push you to your limit. Think squats, press ups, burpees, kettle bell swings and much more, as long as you’re prepared to have fun, get sweaty and work hard then this class is for you!
Led by Charis Cooper, a Personal Trainer for over 5 years, draws on the form and alignment aspects from yoga and the fitness and strength aspects from personal training to create the most effective training to create a lean, strong and healthy body. Join our road to fitness, this high intensity work out is suitable for all fitness levels.
We are unable to provide lockers. If you are attending for the first time you must complete and return a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to attending, failure to do so will result in you not being able to take part. Completed forms should be sent to the trainer, Charis Cooper by email chariscooper@googlemail.com. Email us to request a PAR-Q form.
During the session we may take pictures for promotional use, if you do not wish to be captured please let us know in advance.

The sessions are designed to gradually improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular fitness and flexibility. In doing so it is necessary.
