Paco Peña Flamenco Dance Co: Patrias

The legendary musician returns to the UK with his troupe

Paco Peña is a deity in the flamenco world. A legendary guitarist, composer, dramatist and producer, Peńa's work has dazzled critics and audiences alike over the past five decades across the globe. Now, the master has returned to bring a drop of Spanish sunshine to London this summer as Patria takes to the Sadler's Wells stage. Inspired by the life and music of one the Spanish Civil War's most famous casualties – poet, artist, playwright and musician Federico Garcia Lorca – this is an unmissable display of incredible flamenco talent. Sadler's Wells has been presenting theatrical productions for over 300 years. Constantly supporting the arts, they host a diverse programme of entertainment. Alongside theatre, they are world leaders in contemporary dance and they also provide a home for artists. ★★★★★ – The Scotsman "Spanish guitar virtuoso Peña leads a band of musicians and dancers in a dazzling show honouring the murdered writer." – The Guardian "Entirely irresistible." – Daily Telegraph (on Flamencura) "I would certainly defy anyone not to take delight in this extremely well-constructed, well-performed showcase of a magnificent art form." – The Arts Desk (on Flamencura) All ticket prices for Paco Peña are inclusive of any booking fees: YPlan will not charge you any additional amounts for your tickets. When booking tickets, you can pick your seat from the seatmap once you've selected a date. For your comfort and security, you may be subject to additional checks on your visit to London theatres. Your patience and understanding is appreciated while these take place. Valid ID required for ticket collection. Ticket sales are final and bookings cannot be amended, exchanged or refunded (unless of course the performance is cancelled). All listed offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
