What is it?

Babies are fantastic at yoga. Well, okay, they’re not the best listeners. But, they are wonderfully flexible. It’s to do with babies having loads of smaller bones which fuse over time to make up the 206 bones adults have. Anyway, if you’re looking for a way to decompress with the little one in the heart of London, look no further. Parent-baby yoga is truly the future – and even more futuristic is the fact that you'll be able to use the Samsung Watch Active to track your progress.

• The event starts promptly at 11am and lasts approx. 45 minutes-1 hour.

• Please bring your own yoga mat if possible in line with coronavirus guidelines; spare mats will be available if required.
