What is it?

It’s not every day that you get the opportunity to learn from the best. And Chef Simone Remoli – of the much-loved Pasta Remoli restaurants – really is an expert when it comes to creating fresh, silky pasta with delicious, authentic Italian sauces. At this cooking class at Samsung KX, Remoli will show you how to make tagliatelle and penne with Roman sauces. Drawing inspiration from his native Rome, he will demonstrate how the key to an amazing pasta dish is starting with one simple, yet wonderful, ingredient. Naturally, you’ll get to eat your creation at the end. Enjoy!

6.30pm-8.30pm on March 7.

The class will include instruction in both a vegetarian and a meat dish.

• Your ticket is valid for one entry to a Pasta Masterclass with Pasta Remoli at Samsung KX on Monday March 7.
