Any runner knows that movement is key when it comes to going the distance.

Hosted by coaches Jay and Tayo, co-founders of diverse run club RUNNPAC, and pilates instructor Karis, the workshop will put runners of all experience levels through their paces by exploring how pilates can enhance running form, balance and flexibility, all supported by Samsung Galaxy Watch technology.

The session provides a welcoming space for both seasoned runners and newcomers to connect, share experiences and become part of a likeminded community. Afterwards, guests are invited to unwind with refreshments and conversation, celebrating a winning blend of fitness, technology and community.

Drink will be supplied by XOXO and Something & Nothing.

Need to know

• Your ticket is valid for one entry to Runners’ Pilates Workshop with Time Out x Samsung King’s Cross in London.
• We recommend arriving ready for pilates — there are toilets available, but changing space is limited.
• Kindly note that this event is strictly 18+.
• Please present your e-ticket on arrival. Ticket is only valid for selected time and date.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time as the event starts promptly at 6.30pm.
• Each ticket purchased includes entrance to the event. All necessary materials will be provided for the workshop.
• Samsung devices are loaned as part of the workshop and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Specific models provided may vary.
• Refreshments will be provided with each ticket with vegetarian & vegan options available, but please note that specific dietary requirements cannot be catered for at the event.
• Seating is unallocated.
• Once sold out additional tickets will not be available for purchase on the door. All tickets must be purchased online.
• Samsung KX is an access friendly venue – if you require any suitable adjustments please let a member of staff know upon arrival.
