Pillow Cinema: Breakfast At Tiffany's

Audrey Hepburn's career-defining performance

The Pillow Cinema have made it their mission to turn your movie nights into unforgettable experiences. After a glorious summer of screening s they now take their magic to the beautiful Sutton House, a stunning Tudor home run by The National Trust in the heart of Hackney. Filled with oak-panelled rooms and charming original features, it’s the perfect setting for cosying up with a movie and a loved one this winter. For this one, get ready for Hollywood's favourite leading lady of cinema in the 1961 classic, Breakfast At Tiffany's. Settle down and be enchanted by Audrey Hepburn's turn as Holly Golightly, a flighty young woman embroiled in a struggle to find true love and independence in the city that never sleeps. Based on Truman Capote's novel, it's a beautiful snapshot of '60s New York. But New York is simply a catwalk for Holly/Audrey's wardrobe: the orange coat and bucket hat combo she wears on her day out with Paul; the Burberry-style mac to see Doc off at the bus station; and, of course, that dress. RIP, lovely Audrey. Certificate PG. Runtime: 1 hour 55 minutes. Doors to Sutton House open half an hour before the event. The film will start at the advertised time, and no trailers will be shown in advance. The fatboy bean bags are huge, and seat one person spaciously or two people snuggled up. If lounging's not really your thing, you can also grab a more traditional seat. Either way, there'll be blankets and cushions available for all.
