Pillow Cinema: Save The Last Dance

Inner city dancing brings teens together

It's time for a cinema revolution…and it's gonna be stuffed with feathers. Situated in the heart of East London, Pillow Cinema have transformed the stunning Tudor home Sutton House into a cosy space filled with fatboy bean bags. They’ll be screening a great range of films, so come and join them for the loveliest, comfiest, cosiest cinema experience this side of a fluffy cloud. After the tragic death of her mother, a 17 year old ballerina moves to inner-city Chicago where her father lives. Ostracised from the community, she ingratiates herself through her love of dance, eventually meeting Derek, a fellow dancer. As their relationship evolves though, they soon discover that peer pressure is a more formidable obstacle to romance than differences in race or class. Certificate: 12. Runtime: 1 hour 48 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before film start time.
