Pop Up Screens Cinema In The Snow: Mean Girls

On Wednesdays, we wear pink

The odds for a white Christmas in London have dramatically increased thanks to Pop Up Screens. Head to Notting Hill's 20th Century Theatre and step through their magic wardrobe to discover a secret cinema surrounded by snow. Rumour has it that a bar filled with an abundance of mulled wine, hot chic, brownies and popcorn also lies within. Only one way to find out right? For this screening, catch Li-Lo in her undisputed greatest role ever: Cady Heron in Mean Girls. The film follows Cady, who moves from Africa to a school in the States. She has no idea just how wild things can be. Hilarious and extremely quotable, if you've seen it, then there's no need for me to sell it to you. And, if you haven't, it's time to find out what it is exactly that you've been missing out on. "In a wasteland of dumb movies about teenagers, Mean Girls is a smart and funny one." – Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun–Times "Lorne Michaels' best since 1992's Wayne's World." – USA Today Certificate: PG-13. Runtime: 1 hour 36 minutes. Doors open at 7:30pm. Film starts at 8:30pm. Seating is unallocated, but the screen is on a stage so it's hard to get a bad view.
