Hailing from Quebec, Canada, poutine is made from fries topped with a gravy-like sauce and cheese curds. It is often described as "the posh chips and gravy". All bookings must be wrapped up 2 hours after your chosen time slot, though you'll be welcome to move to the bar if there's space. Tables will be held for you up to 30 minutes, at which point they'll be released unless explicitly agreed otherwise by phone.
