Radio Times are celebrating the best of TV, radio and books with a host of stars and TV insiders appearing on The Green at Hampton Court Palace for the Radio Times Festival. Every ticket includes access to gourmet food stalls, a shopping village, free events and screenings. With two Baftas in the bag, BBC Four’s Detectorists has had quite a debut. One season in and the comedy about two bumbling friends with metal detectors has earned a slew of converts. With the second season about to drop, writer and star Mackenzie Crook will be joining producer Adam Tandy to lift the lid on the perils that await the hapless Detectorists.
