Built in 1848, Regent Street Cinema was the first in the country to show moving pictures. With a recent renovation restoring it to its former grandeur, it has added an old school touch to the capital's movie scene, perfect for catching those classic flicks. This time, prepare yourselves for the beginning of a long and much-beloved story: yup, it's Harry Potter + The Philosopher's Stone.
If you've forgotten the plot to this one (well it was released back in 2001) it follows the story of a young boy named Harry, whose life is turned upside down when he gets a letter telling him that he has been accepted into Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft And Wizardry. The rest is, as they say, history.
