The Parkview Health Centre in White city in association with Yoga Fitness London (London's Yoga Pop-Up experts) are putting on yoga meditation sessions to help get the locals into shape and relaxed in the run up to Christmas. For yoga on the go, head on down to the back of the waiting room to get your downward dog on. All ages welcome.
