We throw in the some R&B joints too, mainly because we love Bey, Ri Ri & Aaliyah! Expect to hear some UK grime vibes too. This night always goes off in a BIG way, please arrive early! Djs Emily Rawson (BBC 1Xtra resident dj) is one of the UK’s most in demand DJs and promoters. Her club night, Supa Dupa Fly, is unquestionably the biggest throwback Hiphop & RnB night in the UK and her all female brand, Rock The Belles, is pushing gender boundaries in music by championing female DJ talent. Emily has DJ’d for global brands from Chanel to Nike, alongside hosting and playing for celebrities including the Kardashians, Kanye West, Rita Ora and Jazzy Jeff. She has also plays festivals including Lovebox and Wireless every year . In November 2015 Emily was awarded Marie Claire’s ‘Women At The Top’ award, an accolade celebrating ten of the most inspirational innovative game-changers who shaped the year with their work. In March 2017, Emily secured a monthly residency on BBC Radio 1Xtra. You can catch her on the last Friday of every month on Charlie Sloths show, 4-7pm. Ellie Prohan is a Radio Broadcaster, Hype Events Host and International DJ. She can currently be heard on The Beat London 103.6fm which notably won Best Radio Award at the Urban Music Awards. She is also Hype Host and Resident DJ for Supa Dupa Fly and Rock The Belles which was hailed as ‘London’s best RnB and Hip Hop night’ by ‘Time Out’. An undoubtedly talented DJ, she was hand picked by BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Charlie Sloth to guest mix on his show. One of very few DJ’s with the rare talent of not only DJ’ing live but simultaneously hosting her own sets. Fearney has hosted the Xtra talent show on BBC Radio 1Xtra. She also has her own show on Deja Vu FM where she has interviewed the cream of UK talent such as Wiley, Example and Emeli Sande to superstar artists including Trey Songz, Wiz Khalifa and Eve . Her DJ sets have seen her play at Lovebox for the past 3 years and this years prestigious Empire Awards.
