Virtuoso pianist Stephen Hough joins the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra for a musical voyage through Egypt and the Iberian peninsula. Beginning with Chabrier's Spanish rhapsody, we're soon treated to Camille Saint-Saëns' Piano Concerto No 5 – a chance for Hough to really shine. Exotic and captivating, it's a piece that's exemplary of Saint-Saëns' prodigious repertoire.
