How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to info@banyalondon.co.uk with your preferred date and time. The voucher, security code and QR code must be clear. Alternatively you can book via phone on 0203 906 2060.
• Please present your voucher on arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday - Saturday (10 am - 11 pm), Sunday (10 am - 10 pm).
• Voucher valid until August 12, 2025.
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Need to know

• This voucher is valid for a banya experience at The Bath House.
• Only valid for your selected option.
• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over. 
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• Gentlemen’s Day is on Tuesday and Ladies’ Day is on Thursday. All other days are mixed and swimsuits are mandatory.
• As is typical for the banya, classic accessories are included in the price of your session: one pair of flip-flops, one towel, and one bath sheet. Traditional bath robes are also available to hire for a small fee. Please use the bath sheet to wrap yourself and to cover the bench before sitting or lying down in the banya for hygiene purposes.
• As part of the banya experience, feel free to return to your table in the lounge between contrast sessions to rehydrate. After finishing your banya session and treatments, we recommend ordering food to complete the experience.
• The merchant must be informed of any changes/cancellations within 48 hours of your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking. (only add if applicable).
